The toolbox

Ten makers,
one app.

Every editor works the same way: pick a template, change what you want, hit export. No JSON, no scripting, no desktop tools required.

Mob & boss maker

New mobs, animals, bosses and NPCs with their own skills, drops and behaviors — flying cows included, if that's the plan.

Blockbench 3D editor

A full 3D model and texture editor on your phone. Build the model, paint it, drop it into MCPE.

Furniture mods

Tables, chairs, TVs, laptops and decor for modern builds.

Weapons & armor

Guns, swords, cannons and shields with custom skins and powers.

Vehicle addons

Cars, tanks, planes and boats for Minecraft PE.

Texture packs

Edit blocks, environments, GUIs, colormaps and items.

Skin editor

Customise skins for characters, mobs and NPCs.

Behavior packs

Rewrite recipes, blocks, animations and in-game logic.

Biome editor

New trees, flowers, fog colors and landscapes — build whole worlds, not just objects. Glowing water and rainbow trees are fair game.

Auto pack & export

Saves as .mcaddon or .mcpack and imports into Minecraft Bedrock instantly. Also works with Craftsman, Crafting and Building, Eerskraft and Mike Craft.

Three taps to in-game

Design. Pack.
Play.

Pick an editor

Open the maker you need — mob, furniture, weapon, texture, biome — and start from a template or a blank block.

Build it visually

Paint textures, shape 3D models, set behaviors and drops. Preview as you go. No code at any point.

Export to Minecraft

Tap export. The app packs a .mcaddon and hands it to Minecraft PE — your addon loads in the next world you open.

Why players stick with it

No coding.
No limits.

  • Easy to use — nothing to script, nothing to compile
  • Works with Minecraft PE, Craftsman, Crafting and Building
  • Huge library of mods, skins, textures and behaviors
  • Constant updates with new content

Questions

How addon
making works.

How do you make addons for Minecraft PE?

Install AddOns Maker for Minecraft (MAM), open the editor for what you want to build — mob, furniture, weapon, vehicle, texture, skin, biome or behavior — edit it visually, then tap export. The app writes a valid .mcaddon or .mcpack file and hands it to Minecraft Pocket Edition, which installs it. No coding and no computer are needed at any step.

How do you import a .mcaddon into Minecraft Bedrock?

Export from MAM and choose to open the file with Minecraft. Bedrock Edition registers .mcaddon and .mcpack as importable pack types, imports them automatically, and the pack then appears under Resource Packs or Behavior Packs in your world settings. Enable it there and load the world.

Is AddOns Maker for Minecraft free?

Yes — free to download on both Google Play and the App Store. It contains ads and offers in-app purchases. There is no paid-only barrier to creating and exporting an addon.

Does it work on iPhone and iPad?

Yes. The iOS version requires iOS 15.0 or later and is rated 9+ on the App Store. The Android version is on Google Play with 10M+ downloads and is rated 7+.

Do you need to know coding or JSON?

No. Every editor is visual — you paint textures, shape 3D models in a built-in Blockbench-style editor, and pick behaviors from lists. MAM generates the underlying JSON and packs it for you.

Which games can use the addons it makes?

Minecraft Pocket Edition / Bedrock is the main target. Exported packs also work with Craftsman, Crafting and Building, Eerskraft and Mike Craft and similar block-building games.

Is this an official Mojang or Minecraft app?

No. AddOns Maker for Minecraft is an unofficial third-party tool and is not affiliated with Mojang AB. The Minecraft name, brand and assets belong to Mojang AB or their respective owners.
